...but for when you want a bit more,
here are some of our favorite resources:
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING:
New School of Yogic Arts: Brookline, MA
I completed my 200 Hour YTT with under the New School of Yogic Arts with Goldie Graham and Tatiana Sousa at Coolidge Corner Yoga. NSYA is owned and run by Laura Ahrens. If you're thinking about entering into a YTT program I can not recommend this school enough. Not only is it thorough and thoughtful in preparing you to be a great yoga teacher, Laura also makes sure that each of her students graduate with a strong sense of the history and spiritual aspects of different yoga teachings.
NSYA offers both a 30 Day intensive Summer program as well and a longer Fall program stretched over a few months. If you have any questions about my experience please let me know, I would love to chat about it!
