Kundalini yoga focuses on using your breath to harness energy within you and promote self-awareness. It focuses on awakening kundalini energy through regular practice of mantra, breath and meditation. This style of Yoga is dynamic in practice and powerful in experience. It refines all the physical, mental and spiritual attributes of yoga into one potent and cohesive system. Compared to other yogas it has a much broader emphasis on breathing, meditation, hand positions (mudras) , chanting (mantra) , and spirituality.
